Our Cottages are privately owned and ideal for families and friends at any time of the year.

Contemporary Self-Catering accommodation built around 2005 to a high specification includes Economy 7 Night Storage Heating and Double Glazing.

The Cottage comprises of:

KITCHEN & LIVING SPACE

  • Open-plan fully equipped kitchen
  • Open-plan dining for 8 people
  • Open-plan lounge with sofas and entertaining equipment
  • Double Portable Air Bed for 2 guests (if over 8 booked- for young children only).

BEDROOMS

  • Bedroom 1: King Size with en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and Juliet Balcony, Smart TV
  • Bedroom 2: Double with built-in wardrobes
  • Bedroom 3: 2 singles with built-in wardrobes
  • Bedroom 4: Double on ground floor with built-in wardrobes

  • Bathroom 1: Toilet, Shower, Whirlpool bath on the first floor, shared between bedrooms 2 and 3

RENTAL NOTES

  • £20 additional guest fee (per night) For guests over 8. Maximum guests allowed is 10 including children /babies. 

Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if you cancel at least 90 days before check-in subject to the property being relet.
  • N0 refund if you cancel less than 90 days before check-in.
  • Guests are strongly advised to take out independent Travel Insurance cover in event of cancellation.

Damage and incidentals

  • You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

Nice and clean with plenty of room. Onsite staff were very helpful and the site had good amenities for families with children. Location was good about 15 minute drive to Newquay and Watergate bay beaches.

It was bit confusing to locate the right house (there was another house numbered 34!). But Oml was very helpful and prompt to help us in locating and unlocking the property. Really appreciate him for his help at late night.

House is a spacious one and equipped with all amenities. Kitchen area is specially designed to get more space and open plan kitchen with living room is a big plus. WIFI should have been a great advantage to the property which currently the property lacks. There are plenty of activities for kids on site which is perfect during the stay in resort. I specifically used pool for kids and Gym for myself both are amazing.

We were very impressed with the accomodation. It was so spacious and had a real homely feel.

It was very well equipped for us (4 adults, 3 children)

The beds were comfortable and the layout of the rooms suited us perfectly.

It was lovely and quiet on site as it was out of season. Unfortunately nothing was open so cannot comment on the site facilities.

We were able to park directly outside the accomodation.

WiFi would have been a bonus. Also we would have preferred more control over the heating system but coped with what was there.
